Dozier and Dozier Construction is also dedicated to giving back to the community through our 501c3 nonprofit, Urban Construction Craft Academy (UCCA).
UCCA provides programs that utilize skill development, support services, and mentorship in the construction industry to transition participants successfully into the workforce. Urban Construction Craft Academy’s enhanced transitional jobs programs combine technology, personal growth, character building, and highly qualified (state certified personnel) mentors from the construction industry and certified teachers, counselors and administrators, to provide hands-on experiences for individuals looking to transition into the workforce.
